L\u00e5t svampen rinna av men spara spadet. Grovhackasvampen. Sp\u00e4d med buljongen fr\u00e5n k\u00f6ttet, kantarellspad och gr\u00e4dde. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen puttra p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme under omr\u00f6rning ca 5 minuter.
