Tag upp k\u00f6ttet och torka av det. H\u00e4ll bort vattnet. Blanda samman salt, peppar, rosmarin och timjan. Skala och ansa rotfrukterna. Sk\u00e4r dem i ca 1 cm tjocka och 3-4 cm l\u00e5nga stavar.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">6<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6ksorterna mjuka och glansiga i lite matfett i en stor kastrull utan att l\u00f6ken f\u00e5r f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt rotfrukter och buljong. L\u00e5t allt puttra p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme ca 8 minuter.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">7<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Tills\u00e4tt creme fraiche och r\u00f6r om f\u00f6rsiktigt. L\u00e5t allt puttra i ytterligare n\u00e5gra minuter tills rotfrukterna \u00e4r mjuka. Smaka av med salt och peppar och r\u00f6r ner hackad persilja.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">8<\/div>\n<div class=\"text
