Tag kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och vispa ner \u00e4ggulan. Bryn den gyllene i lite matfett. L\u00e5t kr\u00e4ftstj\u00e4rtarna rinna av. F\u00f6rdela svamp och kr\u00e4ftstj\u00e4rtar \u00f6ver fisken. Spritsa potatismos runtom fisken. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver grat\u00e4ngs\u00e5sen. Hit kan r\u00e4tten f\u00f6rberedas. Gratinera h\u00f6gt upp i 275\u00b0 varm ugn ca 8-10 minuter eller tills grat\u00e4ngen har fin f\u00e4rg.
