Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lken och l\u00e5t sedan riset sv\u00e4lla p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme under lock ca 20 minuter. L\u00e5t gr\u00f6ten kallna. Skala under tiden l\u00f6ken och hacka den fint. Fr\u00e4s den mjuk och glansig i lite matfett. L\u00e4gg ca 1 r\u00e5gad msk f\u00e4rs p\u00e5 varje k\u00e5lblad. Vik den grova sidan av k\u00e5lbladet \u00f6ver f\u00e4rsen. Vik in sidorna och rulla samman till ett paket. L\u00e4gg dolmarna i en eldfast form. V\u00e4nd dolmarna och tills\u00e4tt ca 4 dl k\u00e5lspad och 1 tsk collorit-soja. L\u00e5t dolmarna steka i ytterligare ca 25 minuter. Sila skyn och fyll p\u00e5 med vatten s\u00e5 att det blir 4 dl. Vispa samman mj\u00f6l och vatten. R\u00f6r ner det i skyn och l\u00e5t det koka ca 3 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dde och koka upp p\u00e5 nytt. Smaka av med salt och peppar.
