L\u00e4gg ner purjol\u00f6k, morot, pepparkorn, lagerblad och persiljekvistar i kastrullen. L\u00e5t allt koka upp och koka p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme under lock, ca 40-50 minuter f\u00f6r kyckling och 2 timmar f\u00f6r h\u00f6na.
