Tills\u00e4tt buljongen och l\u00e5t det koka upp. Red s\u00e5sen med majsst\u00e4rkelse utr\u00f6rd i kallt vatten. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Montera (blanka av) med en matsked sm\u00f6r f\u00f6re serveringen.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Blanda potatis och purjol\u00f6k med gr\u00e4dde, salt, peppar och ost i en bunke. Sm\u00f6rj en ugnss\u00e4ker form eller flera sm\u00e5 formar med sm\u00f6r. F\u00f6rdela potatisblandningen i formen eller formarna och gratinera i mitten av ugnen. Det tar cirka ca 1 timme f\u00f6r en stor form och ca 30 minuter f\u00f6r sm\u00e5 formar.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Bryn fil\u00e9n runt om i sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna. Salta och peppra. L\u00e4gg k\u00f6ttet i en ugnss\u00e4ker form. Forts\u00e4tt stekningen i ugnen vid 175\u00ba, tills innertemperatur \u00e4r 65\u00ba. Det tar cirka 15-20 minuter, beroende p\u00e5 k\u00f6ttets tjocklek.
