L\u00e4gg gelatinbladen i bl\u00f6t i kallt vatten. L\u00e4gg \u00e4gg, socker, rivet citronskal och pressad citronsaft i en kastrull. L\u00e5t det sjuda under omr\u00f6rning, men inte koka, tills kr\u00e4men tjocknar, ca 3-5 minuter. Tag kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen. Krama v\u00e4tskan ur gelatinbladen och r\u00f6r ner dem i kr\u00e4men. L\u00e5t kr\u00e4men kallna. Vispa gr\u00e4dden och v\u00e4nd ner den kalla gr\u00e4dden i citronkr\u00e4men. St\u00e4ll det kallt att stelna.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Vispa \u00e4gg och socker riktigt ljust och p\u00f6sigt. Blanda samman mj\u00f6let med bakpulver och r\u00f6r ner det i \u00e4ggsmeten. Bred ut smeten p\u00e5 bakpapperskl\u00e4dd bakpl\u00e5t, 30&#215;40 cm. Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen ca 5 minuter. Stj\u00e4lp upp kakan p\u00e5 sockrat bakpl\u00e5tspapper och tag bort pappret som kakan har gr\u00e4ddats p\u00e5. L\u00e4gg l\u00e5ngpannan \u00f6ver kakan och l\u00e5t den kallna.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Sk\u00e4r kakan i 6 remsor, 5 cm breda. Bred knappt h\u00e4lften av kr\u00e4men \u00f6ver remsorna. Tag fram ett fat och b\u00f6rja snurra en remsa mitt p\u00e5 fatet. Forts\u00e4tt sedan att snurra alla remsorna runtom.
