Forma bitarna till runda bullar och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 papperst\u00e4ckt pl\u00e5t. Tryck ut bullarna till kakor, ca 15 cm i diameter, med  mj\u00f6lad hand och sk\u00e5ra korsvis med mj\u00f6lad kniv. Gr\u00e4dda sconesen mitt i ugnen i 250\u00b0 i ca 12 minuter. L\u00e5t dem svalna av innan de serveras med kesella smaksatt med finhackat gr\u00f6nt.
