L\u00e5t kakan svalna lite, ca 10 minuter i formen, innan den stj\u00e4lps upp p\u00e5 sockrat sm\u00f6rpapper p\u00e5 ett bakgaller. L\u00e5t sedan kakan svalna helt innan den delas i tre bottnar.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Blanda \u00e4ggula, socker, sm\u00f6r, potatismj\u00f6l och mj\u00f6lk i en kastrull. L\u00e5t det sjuda under st\u00e4ndig omr\u00f6rning tills f\u00f6rsta bubblan syns. Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och r\u00f6r i vaniljsockret. L\u00e5t kr\u00e4men kallna i kallt vattenbad. Bred kr\u00e4men p\u00e5 en av t\u00e5rtbottnarna. Mosa jordgubbar och socker och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 den andra bottnen. T\u00e4ck med den tredje bottnen.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Vispa gr\u00e4dden tjock och bred ett tunt lager gr\u00e4dde p\u00e5 t\u00e5rtan. Spritsa resten av gr\u00e4dden runt kanterna.
