Tills\u00e4tt ost, cr\u00e8me fraiche, majsst\u00e4rkelse, socker, citronskal och vaniljsocker. Blanda samman och h\u00e4ll sedan fyllningen i formen. Gr\u00e4dda p\u00e5 n\u00e4st nedersta falsen, ca 40 minuter, tills fyllningen har stannat. Blanda cr\u00e8me fraiche och socker i en ka-strull och v\u00e4rm p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme. L\u00e4gg ner de urkramade gelatinbladen och l\u00e5t dem sm\u00e4lta under omr\u00f6rning. Smaks\u00e4tt med citronsaften. L\u00e5t blandningen svalna i kallt vattenbad. H\u00e4ll den \u00f6ver fyllningen p\u00e5 den kalla cheescaken. St\u00e4ll tillbaka den i kylen. Garnera med bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, hallon och citronmeliss vid serveringen.\n
