N\u00e4r det \u00e4r klart skall det h\u00e4llas ut \u00f6ver en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper som \u00e4r t\u00e4ckt med majsolja, pensla g\u00e4rna ut oljan s\u00e5 att det blir ett j\u00e4mt lager, p\u00e5 det s\u00e4ttet fastnar inte kolan i pappret n\u00e4r det stelnat.
