L\u00e4gg i skivade champinjoner och stek tills v\u00e4tskan kokat in. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver mj\u00f6l och r\u00f6r om. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6lk och gr\u00e4dde, och koka upp under omr\u00f6rning.
