Vispa \u00e4gg och socker vitt och p\u00f6sigt. Blanda vetemj\u00f6l, potatismj\u00f6l, vaniljsocker och bakpulver. V\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt ner blandningen i \u00e4ggsmeten.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                H\u00e4ll smeten i formen och gr\u00e4dda kakan i nedre delen av ugnen, ca 40 minuter. L\u00e5t kakan stanna i formen, ca 10 minuter, innan den stj\u00e4lps upp p\u00e5 ett bakgaller med sockrat sm\u00f6rpapper. L\u00e5t kakan svalna innan den delas i tre bottnar.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Blanda \u00e4ggulor, socker, sm\u00f6r, st\u00e4rkelse, mj\u00f6lk och gr\u00e4dde i en kastrull. L\u00e5t sjuda under omr\u00f6rning tills f\u00f6rsta bubblan syns. L\u00e5t kr\u00e4men kallna i kallt vattenbad.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Tills\u00e4tt vaniljsockret och bred kr\u00e4men p\u00e5 en botten. Blanda sm\u00e5 bitar av jordgubbar med florsocker och ev Cointreau. L\u00e4gg blandningen p\u00e5 den andra bottnen ovanp\u00e5 den f\u00f6rsta. T\u00e4ck med den tredje.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">5<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Vispa gr\u00e4dden tjock och bred ett tunt lager p\u00e5 t\u00e5rtan. S\u00e5 h\u00e4r l\u00e5ngt kan du f\u00f6rbereda. L\u00e5t t\u00e5rtan st\u00e5 \u00f6ver natten s\u00e5 att den blir saftig. Spritsa resten av gr\u00e4dden runt kanterna.
