L\u00e5t ruladerna sjuda under lock i ca 4 minuter. Fisken \u00e4r klar n\u00e4r den \u00e4r fast och vit. Du kan ocks\u00e5 tillaga fisken i mikron. L\u00e4gg ruladerna glest p\u00e5 en tallrik och droppa \u00f6ver vitt vin eller citronsaft. T\u00e4ck \u00f6ver med locket till mikron och tillaga p\u00e5 effekt 650W i ca 4 minuter. Vispa ner ljus redning och koka upp under omr\u00f6rning. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen koka i 3 minuter.
