Vispa smeten sl\u00e4t. Nu \u00e4r det dags att fritera potatisen omg\u00e5ng tv\u00e5 f\u00f6r att ge den f\u00e4rg och knaprig yta. V\u00e4rm oljan till 180\u00b0 och fritera potatisen i omg\u00e5ngar tills den \u00e4r klar.
