L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver fil\u00e9erna i en ugnss\u00e4ker form, stick in en k\u00f6ttermometer och stek f\u00e4rdigt mitt i ugnen tills innertemperaturen \u00e4r 65\u00b0. L\u00e5t k\u00f6ttet vila, \u00f6vert\u00e4ckt med aluminiumfolie, ca 10 minuter innan det sk\u00e4rs upp.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Sky: Finhacka l\u00f6ken och fr\u00e4s den mjuk i en kastrull med sm\u00f6r. Tills\u00e4tt tomatpur\u00e9n och r\u00f6r om. Sp\u00e4d med madeira, vatten och kycklingfond under omr\u00f6rning. L\u00e5t skyn koka ihop tills cirka 3 1\/2 dl \u00e5terst\u00e5r. Sila skyn och vispa ner dijonsenap och 2 tsk sm\u00f6r. Krama ur och l\u00e5t rinna av i en sil. Olja \u00e4ggringarna och l\u00e4gg ner i stekpannan. Packa potatisen i \u00e4ggringarna. Stek potatiskakorna p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme, ca 6 minuter, tills de f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 undersidan.
