Sk\u00f6lj potatisen v\u00e4l i rinnande vatten. Salta och peppra potatisen v\u00e4l. L\u00e5t formen st\u00e5 i ugnen tills vitl\u00f6kssm\u00f6ret n\u00e4stan sm\u00e4lt helt.
