L\u00e4gg kakorna p\u00e5 pl\u00e5tar med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen i ca 6 minuter. L\u00e5t svalna p\u00e5 galler. F\u00f6rvara kakorna i en burk med t\u00e4ttslutande lock.
