V\u00e4rm sm\u00f6r i en stekpanna, helst teflon. H\u00e4ll lite smet i pannan och r\u00f6r lite med en tr\u00e4-gaffel under tiden den gr\u00e4ddas. Stek sammanlagt 4\u20136 omeletter och l\u00e5t dem kallna. Om du anv\u00e4nder en lite mindre stekpanna som \u00e4r ca 20 centimeter i diameter blir det 6 omeletter. Med en normalstor stekpanna blir det 4 omeletter.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Fyllning: R\u00f6r ihop ost och kesella. Sk\u00e4r k\u00f6ttet i sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar. Blanda ost, k\u00f6tt och pepparrot.
