Vispar du gr\u00e4dden f\u00f6r h\u00e5rt blir moussen grynig. Ta en 1\/3 av gr\u00e4dden och r\u00f6r ner i chokladen. V\u00e4nd ner resten av gr\u00e4dden och apelsinskal, med en slickepott med luftiga tag. F\u00f6rdela moussen i spetsglas och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 in i kylen 30 minuter.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Vit mousse: Hacka vit choklad och sm\u00e4lt i en glassk\u00e5l \u00f6ver hett vatten-bad. R\u00f6r om tills chokladen sm\u00e4lt. Vispa gr\u00e4dden mjukt och v\u00e4nd f\u00f6rst ner 1\/3 och sedan resten. Smaks\u00e4tt med citronskal. F\u00f6rdela \u00f6ver den m\u00f6rka moussen i glasen. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i kylen i ca 1 timme.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                N\u00f6tbr\u00e4ck: L\u00e4gg socker och vatten i en kastrull och koka tills sockerla-gen blivit simmig och ljusbrun i f\u00e4rgen. H\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper eller bakduk i silikon. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver grovhackade n\u00f6tter och l\u00e5t kallna. Bryt s\u00f6nder och st\u00f6t grovt i en mortel. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver moussen vid servering.
