Strimla spetsk\u00e5len och skiva purjol\u00f6-ken. Tills\u00e4tt blomk\u00e5l, spetsk\u00e5l och purjol\u00f6k till soppan och koka i 2 minuter. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Tills\u00e4tt 1 1\/2 dl riven lagrad pr\u00e4stost, 1 1\/2 dl turkisk yoghurt, 1\/2 dl sm\u00f6r-&amp; rapsolja, 1 \u00e4gg och 1 grillad inlagd paprika. K\u00f6r snabbt samman blandningen till en smet. Klicka eller spritsa ut smeten upp till 3\/4 i dubbla mellanstora pappersformar. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite flingsalt. Gr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen p\u00e5 225\u00ba i ca 15 minuter.
