Skala och sk\u00e4r broccolistj\u00e4lken i bitar. Skiva salladsl\u00f6ken. Skala och hacka vitl\u00f6ken. Fr\u00e4s salladsl\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i en gryta med matfett, ca 3 minuter.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Tills\u00e4tt buljongen och koka upp. L\u00e4gg i broccolin och l\u00e5t den koka i ca 5 minuter. Ta upp n\u00e5gra sm\u00e5 buketter och spara dem till garnering. Mixa soppan sl\u00e4t. Salta och peppra. L\u00e4gg tillbaka broccolibitarna och garnera med skivad snackpaprika i soppan.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">3<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Svamptoast: Ansa och skiva svampen och fr\u00e4s i en kastrull med matfett, tills svampen \u00e4r mjuk och v\u00e4tskan klar. Pudra \u00f6ver mj\u00f6let och r\u00f6r om. Sp\u00e4d med mj\u00f6lk under omr\u00f6rning och koka i ca 3 minuter. Salta och peppra. Bred stuvningen p\u00e5 br\u00f6dskivorna och l\u00e4gg dem p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Gratinera h\u00f6gt upp i ugnen, ca 10 minuter.
