L\u00e5t degen vila i kylen, 30 minuter. Pensla mandelmusselformarna med sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r. Tryck ut degen i formarna eller kavla ut den och l\u00e4gg i en pajform, 24 cm i diameter. Blanda citronsaft och -skal, \u00e4ggulor, majsst\u00e4rkelse och socker i en kastrull och v\u00e4rm under omr\u00f6rning tills kr\u00e4men tjocknar. Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och vispa i sm\u00f6ret i klickar.
