Nagga bottnen med en gaffel. L\u00e5t vila i kylen i minst 30 minuter. Vispa ihop mandelmassa, rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r och citronskal med elvisp. Vispa i \u00e4ggen ett i taget. Blanda mj\u00f6l och bakpulver och vispa ner i smeten. H\u00e4ll smeten i det f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddade pajskalet.
