Kl\u00e4m fast ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper i botten p\u00e5 en bakform med l\u00f6stagbar kant, ca 24 cm i diameter. Tryck ut smulorna i formen. L\u00e5t formen st\u00e5 i kylen, 30 minuter.\n            <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"row recipe-step\">\n<div class=\"number col-xs-2\">2<\/div>\n<div class=\"text col-xs-10\">\n                Fyllning: Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg gelatinbladen i kallt vatten i 5 minuter. Sk\u00f6lj jordgubbarna och ta bort blomf\u00e4stet. Mixa jordgubbar, fl\u00e4dersaft, socker, limeskal och -saft. Krama ur gelatinbladen och sm\u00e4lt dem i en glassk\u00e5l i mikron i 10 sekunder eller i en kastrull p\u00e5 spisen. L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got och blanda ner i jordgubbsmixen. Vispa gr\u00e4dden, men inte f\u00f6r h\u00e5rt. V\u00e4nd ner f\u00e4rskost och jordgubbsmix i gr\u00e4dden. H\u00e4ll smeten i formen och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i frysen, ca 3 timmar. L\u00e4gg upp ett t\u00e5rtfat och garnera med halverade jordgubbar och mynta.\n
