Koka upp sm\u00f6r, sirap och gr\u00e4dde. Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen. L\u00e4gg i chokladen och r\u00f6r tills den sm\u00e4lt. L\u00e5t kallna. N\u00e4r glasyren b\u00f6rjar tjockna efter ca 40 minuter, ringlas den \u00f6ver kakan.
